Accepted payment methods include cash, card, gift card, MobilePay, Epassi, Edenred, and Smartum.* If you wish to pay on site with a wellness benefit, cash, or card, select Open order/Pay on site when booking.
Please note that self-service equipment rentals must be paid online in advance. A guide is present on separately announced days, when payment by card or cash is also possible. Guided trips can also be paid with a wellness benefit.
Invoices for group bookings and retreats are sent to the email address provided by the booker. Any reservation fee will be deducted from the final invoice amount.
*Please note that the wellness benefits are personal and cannot be used for pampering treatments. In nature services, you can use the exercise benefit to pay for guided services such as hikes and bike and snowshoe tours. When booking the service, you can check whether it is an exercise service as intended by the tax authorities, for which the exercise benefit is a suitable form of payment.
