Courses, events and retreats

We organize retreats that support nature connection, presence, and well-being in Kokkola and across Central Ostrobothnia (Keski-Pohjanmaa) Finland throughout the year. We can also co-create a retreat program of your preferred length for your group, offering the peace of nature as a setting.

Open access courses are generally held in Kokkola at the rental facilities of Stilte hieronta- ja luontopalvelut, located at Rantatie 263, Kokkola, Finland.

If you would like to book a customized course for your group, it can also be arranged at another agreed location. Our selection includes various craft-focused courses such as jewelry workshops, spindle spinning courses, handicraft courses using natural materials, as well as wild herb workshops and wilderness skills courses.
